Our problem is that we don’t realize the power of our thoughts and actually the whole game is of our thoughts. If we are able to control our thoughts then only we can master our self and that is when we understand life and when we understand life then only we can live it too its fullest.                

We try to find out the solutions to our problems from the outside world but actually, those can only be found inside our self’s. Negative and positive thoughts are nothing but just the difference of our perceptions and mindset and even one negative thought can ruin our time and spoil our mood as well. “You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you” well said by James Allen."
I would like to share an example of a girl, who was very fearful and took stress of small things like exams or meeting new people and because of this habit of taking stress of small things she wasn’t able to give her best at those events may be her exams or any meetings then once she came across this formula of “think and act cheerful” and she started applying this in her life. What she actually did was that whenever she was stressed that regarding something then she used to tell her mind (principle of convincing our self) she is not stressed or fearful, everything is fine and she is confident about herself and about her performance for that event, and for the first time it helped her just 10% as convincing our self is not an easy task. But the best part was she didn’t quit and try it again and again, every time she felt stressed or fearful. The effective % grew with every time she did so and at the end she was able to kill the disease of fearfulness completely from herself and that girl was non-other than Shivi Vats (whose blog you are reading), so it is my personally tested method of overcoming fearfulness completely, so believe me and try it and just after trying it for once or twice, it will become your habit and very soon you also will be free from this disease of fearfulness like me.

Therefore it is we and our thinking that can make us change ourselves and help us become a better version of ourselves.
